Attendees registration

All paid registrations will be considered valid to attend the conference (and will obtain full or partial reimbursement - see below).

All new registrations will be free of charge. Please follow the link below to give us your contact to access the Whova app and attend all sessions.

Whova can be used also in its web version, for immediate use, please login first to the mobile app (see instructions on the left), then login to the web version. We will update the attendees list only once per day, so if you do not login first on the mobile app, you have to wait for one day (after the regiostration) before being able to login on the web version.

Each paper must be supported by one full fee of 150EUR.

To obtain refund of the paid fees please follow the link below and fill the google form, indicating if your registration will cover none, one or more papers, and the corresponding the paper ID(s) (if any).

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon reception of the due amount.

Forms received without appropriate remittance will not constitute advance registration and will not be processed.

Methods of payments

On-line registration:
- Bank transfers: payment must be net of bank fees.
  - Registration is confirmed only if the due amount is received within 5 working days
- Credit card through https://stripe.com

Online registration will be accepted until 31^st July.

A REGULAR INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE PAYMENT.

In case of cancellation after payment of the Registration Fee:

before 10^th January 2020: 50% refund included 30€ + VAT for bank fees
from 11^th January 2020: No refund

The money will be refunded after the Conference.
