AICAS is an initiative of the IEEE Circuit and Systems Society (CASS) that brings the IEEE CASS together with the explosion of investment in artificial intelligence technology. AICAS aims to stand between ISSCC (solid state circuits) and machine learning conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, as major reference conference spanning from theory to physical circuits and systems for AI.

AICAS 2019 (http://www.aicas2019.org/) took place last March in Taiwan with about 400 attendees and 75 accepted papers (about 40% acceptance rate). Proceedings of AICAS2019 are available at IEEExplore (https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/servlet/opac?punumber=8766332).
